Low Dose 5mg Pot Brownies

The easiest pot brownie recipe that won’t f*** up your friends. Dosed at approximately 5mg THC per serving, these low dose edibles you can make at home includes instructions for exactly how much bud to use in your cannabis oil infusion.

Servings:

9 large brownies

Dosing:

~45mg THC total. Approximately 5 mg per brownie. Results will vary slightly depending on the potency of your flower and decarb efficiency.

Ingredients:

0.35g cannabis flower, ~20% THC (activated + decarbed at 240 degrees F for 40-50 mins)

1/2 cup of vegetable oil

One box of store-bought brownie mix

DIRECTIONS:

Mix flower and 1/2 cup oil in a glass oven-safe container, mason jar. Seal the lid, place into the oven and bake at 170°F for 2-3 hours to infuse THC into the oil. Set aside to cool to room temp.

Preheat the oven to 340°F.* Spray an 8 by 8-inch or 9 by 9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray and line with a sheet of parchment paper.

In a large bowl, stir together brownie mix, other ingredients (water + eggs), and 1/2 cup of cannabis infused oil until well-combined and no dry brownie mix streaks remain. Pour the brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the brownies are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 35 minutes if you’re using a metal pan, a glass pan will need to bake longer.

Remove from oven and cool completely before cutting and serving. Sprinkle flaky Maldon salt on top of the brownies for an added sweet and salty crunch. Store in an airtight container.
